Terms and Conditions – Bali Travel Services
1. General Terms
By booking a tour or any service with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between the company and its customers.
2. Booking and Payment
A reservation is considered confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment.
The remaining balance (if any) must be paid before the tour/service begins.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 3-6 days before the scheduled service will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
No refund will be given for no-shows or last-minute changes initiated by the customer.
4. Changes and Amendments
Customers may request changes to their bookings at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Liability and Responsibility
We are not responsible for personal injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents that occur during the trip due to personal negligence.
Customers are responsible for their own safety and must follow the guide’s instructions at all times.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government regulations.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend customers purchase travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or unexpected incidents.
7. Health and Safety Requirements
Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before booking.
Certain activities may have age, health, or fitness restrictions for safety reasons.
8. Code of Conduct
Customers must respect local laws, culture, and traditions.
Any misconduct, including but not limited to abusive behavior, intoxication, or illegal activities, will result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Any complaints must be reported immediately to our team so that we can address the issue.
In case of disputes, we will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If necessary, legal proceedings will be governed under Indonesian law.
10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our official website.
